Returns and Warranty

What is your return policy? 

If you purchased run angel from our website at runangel.com we are more than happy to accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Contact us by email only, during business hours, Mon - Fri. at hello@runangel.com for returns queries. We will do our utmost to respond to your query in a timely fashion, however please do bear in mind if contacting from overseas, of the time differences, weekends and public holidays. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, un-used, in the original packaging, with accessories, and, if applicable, must also include all free promotional gifts from the original purchase.

You'll need to pay the shipping costs to return your parcel to Europe. We recommend that you obtain sufficient postal insurance in case your item goes missing on its way back to us. Run Angel Ltd. is not responsible for returned items that go missing in transit. 

Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.

What is your warranty policy?

run angel™ provides a one-year limited warranty. Purchasers are entitled to repair or replacement of defective devices. The warranty commences from the date of initial purchase. Please contact our support team at support@runangel.com
